If you recently migrated to the latest version of the home page and are unable to see the pending tasks of your MDF objects, this article is for you.
It is possible that you have settings that must be adjusted so that your pending tasks are displayed correctly.
Today I teach you to validate it;
Go to "Check Tool", select "MDF Extension Centre" , click "To-Do Category" and "Run Check".
The solution will show you the results found, in case of warnings, it is recommended that you adjust the category of your MDFs objects to the expected category

After adjustment, the new approval flows will be displayed on your home page.
Pending tasks prior to tuning will be displayed in the alert icon at the top right of your instance.
If your verification is successful, but the problem persists, contact SAP support for assistance.
Additional information, in 1H 2022 four categories were eliminated, use your check tool and validate the status of your solution:
Income Tax Declaration Requests (category ID: 24)
Deduction Requests (category ID: 25)
Position Management Requests (category ID: 39)
Reward and Recognition requests (category ID: 46).
