The new home page is going to be mandatory for SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite clients, I bring you some details of what will happen if you did not update on time.
Why is this release mandatory?
The new experience has an avant-garde approach, where we put our collaborator at the center of everything, the solution has been renewed for you, so don't be scared, the changes are good. You will have an experience that will allow you to generate greater engagement, interaction and flexibility, which you can use from any device thanks to its responsive design.
When will it happen?
For the test environment it will be effective on June 15, Production: July 27
What will happen if you don't update me in time?
You will have a default header, instead of the image you want
The home page will not fully reflect your corporate colors
All quick cards are enabled by default
Only the last 16 imported tiles will be displayed,
They will all be found under the same category of "Organizational Updates,
The image size will be given by the default solution.
You will lose the current grouping by category.
The pending tasks will not appear on the new home page, but you will be able to see them in the upper right margin.
Recommendation: take this opportunity to renew your suite.
If you activate the new experience before the update, you can prepare your communication plan and communicate what this new experience is about throughout your organization.
